The Cathedral and Metropolitical Church of Saint Peter in York, England, commonly known as York Minster, is one of the largest of its kind in Northern Europe. As part of an ongoing refurbishment project, the church leaders commissioned a new audio system for installation throughout the Minster. The project was complex in its need for audio clarity with both spoken word and music, while being able to accommodate a wide variety of uses throughout the building. Located just outside of Sacramento, California, Thunder Valley Casino Resort offers 250,000 ft² of gaming space, 14 restaurants and bars, a luxury 17-story hotel, an expansive outdoor pool and bar, and a 5,500 seat outdoor amphitheater. The casino’s previous AV system consisted of disparate components that proved cumbersome and costly to support. Located in Tower 42 in the heart of London, City Social is a modern, Michelin star restaurant founded by chef Jason Atherton. From its spot on the 24th floor, the venue offers spectacular views across the city and serves the best of British cuisine in an art-deco environment. In addition to the main dining room are three private dining rooms and a separate bar, known as Social 24, which plays host to well-attended DJ nights. The restaurant was looking to solve a number of issues, such as uneven sound coverage, brought on by the previous sound system.
