As Orange Belgium shifts to more hybrid ways of working, their conference room needed an upgrade. With the aim of easily connecting in-person staff with remote personnel and external parties, they deployed the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform to create a seamless end-user experience. A key requirement was for the system to automatically focus the room’s cameras on whoever was speaking. Using the Q-SYS platform’s open architecture, the system was able to integrate with Bosch microphones, monitor their status, and dynamically trigger camera positions based on the active speaker. The end result is an environment that ensures meetings run smoothly, with speakers clearly seen and heard by everyone involved.
