Q-SYS PL-DC26 Two-way, dual-6-inch point source loudspeakers with directivity control The professional high-power installation loudspeaker system shall be a two-way full-range design incorporating two 6-inch (170 mm) low frequency ceramic transducers mounted in a 90° V shape with 1.75-inch (44.5 mm) voice coil and a 1-inch (25.4 mm) throat high-frequency neodymium compression driver mounted to a configurable rotatable horn. The horn shall be constituted of two half horns. The different half horn assemblies shall offer the following coverage options: * Symmetrical: 120° x 50°, 90° x 50° * Asymmetrical: 105° (60° + 45°) The loudspeaker system shall be capable of operation in either passive mode or bi-amped with a crossover frequency of 1.5 kHz in bi-amp and 1.6kHz in passive mode. The loudspeaker system shall meet the following performance criteria: frequency response of 70 Hz to 20 kHz, measured on-axis; sensitivity (1W @ 1m) of minimum 101 dB SPL in free field; maximum rated SPL at 1m (passive) of 117 dB continuous and 129 dB peak (crest factor of 12 dB); rated power capacity (passive) of continuous 240W based on a two-hour power test; nominal impedance of 8 Ohms. The loudspeaker system input connectors shall include both two NL4 Speakon connectors and one euroblock connector. The loudspeaker enclosure shall be asymmetrical offering a 15° angle between sides and constructed of 12 mm Baltic birch exterior plywood and finished in black polyurea paint (RAL 9011). The transducers and horn frame shall be part of an ABS front baffle. The front of the loudspeaker shall be protected by an 18-Gauge (1.2 mm) powder-coated steel grille that is lined with acoustically transparent backing and a stainless metallic screen to prevent water ingress and is free of logos or other embellishment. This grille shall be treated against UV and corrosion. The loudspeaker shall be IP54, and all exterior fasteners shall be stainless steel. The input cup shall be protected by a sealing plate. The enclosure shall have two M8 inserts located on center of gravity on the top and bottom for an optional yoke bracket as well as three 4-hole pattern (4 x 2.25 pitch, M6) located on top, bottom and rear. The loudspeaker system enclosure shall be 7.9 in (200 mm) high, 20.4 in (520 mm) wide, and 10.9 in (277mm) deep. The loudspeaker shall have a net weight of no more than 29.4 lb (13.3 kg). The two-way full-range loudspeaker system shall be the Q-SYS PL-DC26 loudspeaker.
